From polymer to podium — how density, seamless lamination and batch-level certification turn raw materials into a UWW-licensed competition surface.

01The Core: Density & Impact

The core is the foundation of athlete safety. Our competition-grade mats use 180–240 kg/m³ closed-cell XPE foam — dense enough to absorb high-energy impacts without bottoming out, yet resilient enough to hold its shape after thousands of landings. Density is calibrated in-house, batch by batch, before a single layer of vinyl is applied.

02The Surface: Seamless & Safe

On top sits a seamless anti-slip vinyl cover. Seams are the weak point of any wrestling floor — they collect debris, trap moisture and fail under stress. Our lamination presses bond cover to core in a single sheet, eliminating stitch lines and creating a surface that meets UWW ring and mat standards for grip, friction and hygiene.

03Certification & Scale

Certification is not a label we buy — it is a process we live. Every production run is tested for impact absorption, force reduction and zero-toxic safety in our in-house laboratory. Only batches that pass full traceability checks ship under the PANGU MASTER name, and each one carries its own quality record from polymer to arena floor.

Scale matters in manufacturing consistency. With 50+ automated laser CNC and robotic processing units, and an annual capacity of 750,000 m², every mat we ship is produced on the same calibrated equipment that serves venues across 80+ countries — from national training centers to championship arenas and club dojos.

Whether you are outfitting a championship arena or a school gymnasium, the engineering story is the same: measured density, seamless construction, verified certification. That is what we mean when we say — every mat we ship carries our name.
